A Late Night
And here is Tama. His parents went to visit relatives, and he was left in charge of the house. Tama doesn't feel afraid. Instead, he wants to stay up late playing games. This is a short story about Tama and his late-night experience.
Note from me:
Thank you very much for you guys who spend some time to play and comment or review in honesty this small, unperfect game. Tama and I really appreciate that :). I learn a lot. Thanks!
Control:
Arrow key - move the pointer
Z - dialog, trigger interaction
Instruction:
To solve the mystery, you simply need to pay attention to the room's furnishing for a few seconds. If the screen flashes black, you are staring at the right object. Then you need to stare at it a few more times.
It's also necessary to maintain Tama's concentration while playing the game. And you have to swiftly hover over the screen (the TV) if it is flashing yellow.
You only have 3 chances each, so Tama doesn't miss or fail the game.
Which objects are those? You have to go looking for them. Time for a puzzle! Good luck :)
Warning!
This game contains depictions of depression, anxiety, and suicide, which may not be suitable for all players. If you have anny related problems, please do not play this game.

I liked a lot the art and the graphics, when i started i was very scared with what was going to happen, then i realized the game were the videogames that Tama was playing. It could be a really good horror game in the future, but well done!
I really like that art style and graphics overall:) At first i didnt know what to do in game but soon i realized, and this is a pretty unique playstyle with mechanics only thing that bothered me is missing some loop mechanics or some plot twist or something like that but in overall pretty good job:)
Keep in mind its 2am for me and im very tired.
This game looks very good, i quite liked the vibe and art of it. I also liked Tama, the idea of playing as this little gamer whose just looking around his room, unwittingly fighting off demons is quite fun.
My biggest problems with it is the gameplay, it really turned me away. The loop of look at something, look at tv, play minigame, was quite boring and tedious. It was a real shame cause the room looked quite interesting and i feel like you really couldve done something with the theme of paying attention and fighting off distractions.
Another problem had is its unclear what things in the room i can look at, can i look at the black circle? the desk? the feckin lamp???? it was unclear and i couldnt be bothered to keep on with the gameplay loop when i cant even be sure if im progessing.
Speaking of progressing, i couldnt even tell what was really going on, all that was happening was more demons, or whatever, were appearing.
Another thing was i wasnt really invested in the kid succeeding, dont get me wrong i like the idea of following this little gamer, but im a bit more worried about his survival then his gaming.
Thanks for playing and for your honest review! I've figured out how to help the player in a subtle way. About the looping, I'll find out a unique mechanic to overcome boredom. However, I can't update it now due to voting periods :)
I love the asthetics of the game right away. Small suggestions: in the opening text (or any text) indicate z to advance hehe (very small thing but I sat and stared at it for longer than I needed to!).
I get the concept but I couldn't see the screen flashes (other than yellow) suggesting I was looking at something worth investigating though I stumbled on some so maybe a little more intense feedback for that bit.
I didn't finish this but I did enjoy it and thought the sfx (clock ticking) and art really came together to make it quite eerie... not to mention the things going on around the game lol. well done :)
Small detail but has huge impact. Thanks for your suggestion!
I definitely don't think I finished it yet, but I wanted to mention how nice the art is, really cool spooky vibe, feels very polished and put together!
Nice game! Very nice art! Though when the claw grabs me and it says that it may be a dream, does that mean I died or I had moved on to the next stage? That kinda confused me a bit.
I think there is a problem it stuck on load, sometimes it get close to finish loading but stuck.
Thx for the info, I've fix it :)
